Calvin Zheng was born and raised in a builder family, where he developed a deep understanding of real estate from the ground up. With a background in business school and years of hands-on experience managing his family business, Calvin built his reputation on high integrity and a strong work ethic—principles that continue to guide his real estate career today.

Before becoming a licensed realtor, Calvin frequently traveled between the U.S. and Asia, gaining a global perspective on residential and commercial real estate markets. From 2021 to 2022, he expanded into mortgage lending, successfully processing over 800 mortgage transactions and deepening his understanding of real estate financing.

In 2022, Calvin became a licensed Realtor® in the Bay Area, California. He now serves a diverse client base, from first-time homebuyers and homeowners to entrepreneurs and international investors. Known for his strategic planning, negotiation skills, and client-first mindset, Calvin has earned the trust of individuals and businesses alike. By the end of 2024, he had closed over $80 million in residential and commercial property transactions.

In response to growing demand from past clients, Calvin expanded his services to the Greater Seattle area in early 2025. Partnering with Team W, his offerings in the Pacific Northwest now include not only property purchases but also property management solutions in residential and commercial.
